Directions for use: Add 2 drops of Thyme, Lemon and Oregano to one of your empty capsules and take in the morning. Take your premade Fennel capsule in the evening. Instructions are included in your cleanse.

I was a bit apprehensive at first, I have suffered from bloating, stomach problems for a while now so I thought I would give the parasite cleanse a go. I didn’t feel much for the first few days apart from my tummy making weird noises, but I was going to the toilet more regularly and felt a lot better for it. By day 4 I was certainly less bloated, not as sluggish, especially in the morning, more energy and I just felt lighter if that makes sense. Defo think it’s something to do to your body every few months for a detox if anything! Will definitely be trying it again! The service and communication has been great.

After discussing my symptoms with Jen, we agreed that the parasite cleanse was the way to go. The original cleanse which Jen sent me was damaged in the post but she sorted out a replacement for me no problem at all.
The cleanse definately helped to make me feel a bit less bloated. I slept really well also and strangely I even felt like I had a bit more energy too, even though I was suffering from a cold / flu type lurgy at the same time.
I would definitely recommend this product and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again at some point in the future.
