I would 100% recommend the bespoke blend capsules! I told Jen my symptoms and she made me wonderful capsules to help with hormonal/menopause symptoms. I was a bit sceptical at first but how wrong was I, I now have no symptoms since taking 2 capsules a day for three weeks. This has helped to to sleep better at night also. She is so friendly and helpful and will do her best to tailor the capsules for your symptoms.

I would recommend Jen for bespoke blend. Told her my symptoms which are all very much IBS normally I am very loose but until I had spoken to Jen I was very much not going at all.
