Magnesium butter combines Magnesium and Lavender essential oil in a base of moisturizing oils and balms to hydrate the skin while providing relief. Magnesium is known to help with restless legs. Massaging the butter into the backs of your legs and feet at night can help greatly reduce the irritation and also promote sleep.
Magnesium also helps support women hormonally by balancing our hormones. This can be used during menopause or even used during the menstrual cycle.

I bought this magnesium butter to help with my fibromyalgia, I get very bad wriggly legs at night, so a bath then the butter provided me with a restful night’s sleep… I shared this with my stepson who is a football player but also growing, he used it after his game and his legs felt less sore much quicker and less tight the next day. We both shared this with his dad, amazed that we had both found such relief from this little butter… we now lost the tub to his dad who also place football, he no longer ice baths after his games, he uses this instead! I bought this product to help with menopause symptoms. I suffer from restless/spasms in my legs and hands and often reach for my magnesium butter to help with discomfort and pain. The amazing texture also helps to hydrate my hand that are very very dry due to working outdoors with animals and the smell is an added bonus.

This is a review on behalf of my 88 year old granny.
She has a lot of health issues at her age, heart failure, kidney failure and to say she’s on a lot of meds is an understatement… as a result of this she suffers with RLS which keeps her up at night and has not been making her very comfortable which is not what we want for her. She has been prescribed a strong medication to deal with it but could only take it once or twice a week due to it possibly interfering with her meds she needs. She took it once and did not like how it made her feel drowsy. So I of course asked Jen what she could recommend…and after the first use my granny said she had the best sleep ever. Fast forward now we are on night 4 of her using the cream on her legs and it has given her the relief she needed to sleep soundly!! I can’t explain how happy she is to have found something that helps her, and this amazing product definitely done the trick!
