After being advised by a Reiki healer that I needed to work on my chakras, I decided to try oils to help with meditation.
After taking some advice from Jen at ‘Ya Wee Beauty’ I opted for the ‘Balance Chakra Spray.’ Having used it over a period of around four months now, I am very happy with the results and find it helps me to relax into meditation and helps settle my mind into the practice. Also, I like the smell which helps me to sleep. The smell of ‘Balance Chakra Spray’ is also pleasant after burning sage.
I would advise anyone unsure of what product to buy for chakra healing to give this product a try, I have certainly been very happy with the results!
