Hi, I’m Jen, the founder of Remidy, and the heart behind everything you see here.
If you’ve followed my journey, you’ll know that Remidy was never just a business idea. It’s something much deeper. I grew up in a home where natural remedies weren’t a trend, they were simply how we lived. My dad was an energy healer, long before anyone was talking about vibration, frequency and emotional wellbeing. I watched him help people with nothing but intuition, presence and the belief that the body knows how to find its way back to balance.
